TThese Terms of Service govern your use of primevision-marketing.com and any services provided by PrimeVision Automation Studio (trading name of PrimeVision Marketing LLC, Trade Licence No. 1564398, registered at Office No. 1004-0316, ALJIAD Business Centre, FAHIDI HEIGHTS, Al Hamriya, Dubai, UAE).

1. Services

   
   PrimeVision Automation Studio provides AI automation consulting and implementation services including lead response automation, CRM setup, WhatsApp automation, workflow design, and related digital systems.
   All services are scoped and agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal prior to commencement of work.

   
   

2. Free Automation Audit

   
   We offer a complimentary 30-minute Automation Audit. This is an initial consultation only and does not constitute a commitment by either party to a paid engagement.

   
   

3. Paid Engagements

   
   Paid services are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement.

   
   

4. Intellectual Property

   
   All methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary systems developed by us remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Work product created for your business becomes yours upon full payment.

   
   

5. Client Responsibilities

   
   You agree to:
   • Provide accurate information about your business and requirements
   • Grant necessary access to tools and platforms required for service delivery
   • Respond to reasonable requests for input or approvals in a timely manner
   • Ensure you have the right to use any content or data you provide to us

   
   

6. Limitation of Liability

   
   To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, PrimeVision Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

   
   

7. No Guarantee of Results

   
   We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases or lead volumes, as these depend on factors outside our control.

   
   

8. Confidentiality

   
   Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

   
   

9. Governing Law

   
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
