These Terms of Service govern your use of primevision-marketing.com and any services provided by PrimeVision Automation Studio (trading name of PrimeVision Marketing LLC, Trade Licence No. 1564398, registered at Office No. 1004-0316, ALJIAD Business Centre, FAHIDI HEIGHTS, Al Hamriya, Dubai, UAE).

1. Services

PrimeVision Automation Studio provides AI automation consulting and implementation services including lead response automation, CRM setup, WhatsApp automation, workflow design, and related digital systems.

All services are scoped and agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal prior to commencement of work.

2. Discovery Call

We offer a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call to discuss your business, priorities and potential automation needs. It is an initial consultation and does not commit either party to a paid engagement.

3. Paid Engagements

Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement. It defines the selected modules, Standard or Advanced scope, deliverables, client inputs, revisions, connections, testing, handover and support. Platform access, usage charges, payment arrangements, cancellation, hosting and data export are agreed there. A website example does not mean every feature is included in every package. The signed agreement takes precedence for the engagement where it differs from these Terms, subject to mandatory law.

4. Intellectual Property

Our pre-existing methods, reusable modules, workflows and templates remain ours or their respective owners’. Third-party platforms, software and assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and licence terms. Ownership or licensing of bespoke deliverables, and any rights granted after payment, are defined in your service agreement. Buying a configuration does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform or our reusable module library.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: • Provide accurate information about your business and requirements • Grant necessary access to tools and platforms required for service delivery • Respond to reasonable requests for input or approvals in a timely manner • Ensure you have the right to use any content or data you provide to us

6. Limitation of Liability

Any limits on liability for paid services are set out in the relevant service agreement and apply only to the extent permitted by UAE law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We do not promise particular revenue, lead volumes, bookings or other business outcomes. Demonstrations use illustrative data and do not represent every client’s configured system. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; appropriate human review is needed for advice, commitments and important decisions. Availability of third-party services and integrations depends on the relevant provider. This does not remove our obligation to provide the services agreed in your contract.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules governing the dispute or a valid alternative agreed in your service agreement.

This notice covers cookies and similar browser storage associated with this website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Cookies Do

Cookies are small files stored by a website or service in your browser. Similar technologies can store preferences, maintain sessions, protect forms or measure activity. Their purpose depends on the service setting them.

2. Current Website Setup

Analytics update, 24 September 2026: the website stores your cookie choice under pv-analytics-consent-v1 in browser local storage for up to 180 days. With permission, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure visits and selected interactions; this website sets their lifetime to 180 days. Rejecting analytics prevents Google Analytics from loading. Google Ads and Meta Pixel are not installed. Google Fonts receives a connection request when fonts load. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website.

3. Forms, Bookings and External Services

Our questionnaire and calendar open HighLevel / LeadConnector services, which may use cookies or similar storage for their own functions. A contact form embedded from that provider can also load its resources within this page. Provider privacy and cookie notices apply to those services. Their precise storage names, purposes and lifetimes depend on the active configuration; we do not list unverified cookies as though they have been audited.

4. Your Choices

Choose Allow analytics or Reject analytics in the cookie notice. Both choices leave the website and contact features available. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops further Analytics collection on this site and removes its accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected. You can also inspect or remove site data in your browser settings.
